Due to the nature of digital services (e.g., strategies, ads, content), refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- Technical issues on our end
- Non-delivery of the promised service
- Miscommunication resulting in unapproved work
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or service delivery.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order details
- Reason for the refund
- Supporting screenshots or documentation
Each case is reviewed individually. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.
