1. No Physical Returns

SocialExpertz provides digital marketing services including (but not limited to) social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and consulting. Since no physical products are shipped, returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet been started
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A refund is required due to a billing or technical error on our side

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available, as time, resources, and strategy development are immediately allocated.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Monthly marketing retainers
  • SEO services
  • Social media management
  • Paid ad campaign setup or management
  • Custom strategies, audits, or reports
  • One-time digital services already delivered

4. Service Dissatisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of service delivery
  • We will review your concerns and may offer revisions, adjustments, or service credits at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued solely based on performance metrics such as leads, sales, traffic, or rankings, as digital marketing results can vary and are influenced by multiple external factors.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly or recurring services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • Late cancellations may result in charges for the upcoming period
  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed service periods
