All services are delivered remotely. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

All paid services operate on a two stage payment structure as outlined below. Work does not begin until the advance payment has been received and confirmed.

• Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of project agreement
• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency before project commencement
• Final deliverables, files, or account access are not transferred until the final 50% payment is cleared
• Invoices for the final payment are issued upon project completion and are due within 5 business days
• Late payments beyond 5 business days may result in project suspension or cancellation

Every project includes a clearly defined revision policy to ensure fair and transparent expectations for both parties. The following amendment structure applies to all service agreements:

• An amendment is defined as a change request submitted after delivery of a completed version of the agreed deliverable
• Amendments that fall outside the original agreed project scope are chargeable regardless of how many free amendments remain
• A new requirement or additional feature added after project start is not an amendment and will be quoted separately
• Chargeable amendment costs are communicated and agreed upon in writing before work on that amendment begins
• Amendments must be submitted clearly in writing via email or WhatsApp for proper tracking

Deliverables and timelines for each project are defined in the project agreement communicated before the advance payment is made. The following terms apply:

• Project timelines begin from the date the advance payment is confirmed, not from the date of initial inquiry
• Timelines may be affected if the client delays providing required access, materials, or approvals
• Any delay caused by the client will extend the delivery date proportionally
• Completion is defined as delivery of all items listed in the agreed project scope, not client satisfaction with amendments beyond that scope
• Delivered files and assets remain the property of the client once the final payment is cleared

A successful project requires cooperation from both sides. As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your business, goals, and current situation
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, analytics, websites, or platforms required to deliver the service
• Respond to questions or feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays
• Ensure all materials, content, images, and data provided are legally owned by you or properly licensed
• Not use any deliverable or strategy provided for illegal, deceptive, or policy violating purposes
• Honor agreed payment timelines as outlined in Section 3

All original content, tools, articles, guides, and code published on SocialExpertz.com remain the intellectual property of the site owner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Free tools marked as embeddable may be used on third party websites as directed, but may not be sold, repackaged, or claimed as original work
• Blog articles and written content may not be reproduced in full on other platforms without written permission
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project
• General frameworks, strategies, templates, or methodologies developed independently remain the property of SocialExpertz.com and may be reused with other clients

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis with the following general policy applying to all projects:

• The 50% advance payment is non refundable once work has begun, as it covers time and resources already committed
• If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, the advance payment may be refunded at the sole discretion of the service provider
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before delivery, the advance payment is forfeited and no additional charges apply for the incomplete work
• If deliverables do not match the agreed written scope, a partial refund or free additional work may be offered as resolution
• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction arising from client preference changes after delivery within the agreed scope

All content published on SocialExpertz.com is produced for informational and educational purposes. The following content policies apply to all visitors and any users permitted to submit content:

• Content submitted by guest contributors or users must be original and must not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party
• Submitted content is reviewed and approved before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication
• Content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, misinformation, adult material, or violates Google AdSense policies will be rejected immediately

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. The following conditions apply upon termination:

• Work completed up to the point of termination is billable at the agreed project rate, prorated based on scope delivered
• The advance payment already paid is non refundable if termination occurs after work has begun
• If termination is initiated due to a breach of these terms by the client, no refund is applicable
• Access to this website may be restricted for any visitor or user found to be violating these terms, without prior notice

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or platform policies. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision.

Continued use of this website or any of its services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. For active client projects, material changes to payment or amendment terms will be communicated directly.
